Gŵyr Night Star London Dry Gin is the World Martini Day® 2022 limited edition spirit.

Inspired by 1953's Casino Royale passage on the Vesper Martini (Vesper meaning Evening Star) with 15 botanicals led by Serbian juniper (the casino's location) on a base of both grape and grain (as in a Martini) distilled on 13 April and bottled at 53% ABV (a nod to the publication date). It's as if we redistilled a Vesper Martini into an intense gin... for you to enjoy in a Vesper Martini.

Proudly made in Wales on the Gower peninsula.

This bundle using Dima's Vodka and Sacred Amber provides you with all the spirits necessary to make the Vesper Martini at home. Recipe is:

2 parts Night Star
1 part Dima's Vodka
1/2 part Sacred Amber
1 dash of Angostura bitter
Garnish: lemon peel
