Refund policy
If you wish to return merchandise goods only, they must be returned in their original packaging to: Barspoon ltd, PO Box 78204, London W12 2HX. Please note that return shipping will be paid by the customer except in cases where goods are faulty, in which case they will be reimbursed to the customer. Once the goods are received back and verified, a refund will be processed for the goods, minus applicable shipping costs, unless the return concerns faulty or damaged goods.
Regarding any food, beverage, drink or spirit goods, if there is a problem with your order, items are faulty, or you wish to return goods for any other reason, please contact us at hello@barspoon.co.uk. We reserve the right to collect faulty products for inspection. This does not affect your statutory rights.
To cancel a Subscription Service, this can simply be done by logging into your account, visiting the subscription page from your account dashboard and cancelling the relevant subscription.
