Southeast Asian Gimlet

The Gimlet, the Navy’s favourite tipple of gin, lime and syrup needs no introduction. In ours, we’ve used a Navy Strength London Dry infused chilli and sour plum to provide a little heat (but not too much!) and more moreish character for a Gimlet like no other evoking the balmy evenings of South East Asia.
